78. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, but subject to section 74, where a contributor dies within 1 year after his marriage, no annual allowance is payable to his surviving spouse or to the children of the marriage where Retraite Québec is not convinced that the contributor’s state of health at the time of his marriage gave him a life expectancy of at least one year.
